Conditions of the Free Plan for Educational and Sports Centers
The Free Plan is available exclusively to Educational Centers and Sports Centers.
1. Educational Centers
- Educational centers are required to issue a minimum of sixty (60) accredited certificates annually.
- If the minimum requirement is not met, the center shall be required to pay the annual accreditation fee in accordance with the approved first-tier accreditation fee schedule (USD 220).
- Centers accredited under the Free Plan are not authorized to use the AQS logo or the official accreditation seal on certificates, documents, or training materials issued by them. Their entitlement is strictly limited to requesting certificates issued directly by the Agency.
- Educational centers operating under the Free Plan are not permitted to offer professional programs leading to higher professional qualifications, including Professional Master’s Degree and Professional Doctorate Degree programs.
2. Sports Centers
- Sports centers are required to issue a minimum of thirty (30) accredited certificates annually.
- If the minimum requirement is not met, the center shall be required to pay the annual accreditation fee in accordance with the approved first-tier accreditation fee schedule (USD 150).
- Centers accredited under the Free Plan are not authorized to use the AQS logo or the official accreditation seal on certificates, documents, or training materials issued by them. Their entitlement is strictly limited to requesting certificates issued directly by the Agency.
Note
The right to use the AQS logo and the official accreditation seal is reserved exclusively for organizations subscribed to paid accreditation plans or entities expressly authorized to do so in accordance with the Agency’s regulations and policies.
The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of a center’s accreditation under the Free Plan shall rest solely with the AQS Regional Representative, taking into consideration the number of accredited centers within each field of specialization.
